If you have any announcements you would like included in the weekly bulletin/calendar please e-mail them to flcsec@bevcomm.net. To make sure they will be included for the coming week, please send them by Thursday morning. Bulletin production is usually Thursday morning or Friday morning. Thanks
The Evening Ladies have calendars for sale for 2010. The calendars are next to the mailboxes, and the price is $5.00. Cash or checks payable to FIFA should be placed in the basket by the calendars.
**Parents: The Sunday School & Pioneers will be singing with Friedens Choir during the church service on November 8th, as well as during the Hymn Sing at 4:00 pm the afternoon of the 8th. A note will be sent home with your child explaining any details you may need to know.
The Choir will host their annual Hymn Sing on Sunday, November 8th at 4:00 pm. The congregation is welcome to come and request their favorite hymn for a sing-a-long. Bring your friends too! The Pioneers will serve a light lunch following the Hymn Sing.
A special thank you to Sandy Thomsen and Dale and Jan Manthe for helping with bingo at the Hope Residence last Monday. It was forty-five minutes of fun.
The sign up sheet for decorating at the Lutheran Home is on the back bulletin board. The date is Dec. 3, at 9:30 AM. Also we are again collecting items for gift giving to residents at The Lutheran Home and these will be delivered to the home on the 3rd of Dec. The gift, needs list was printed in the November Newsletter, and a collection site will be set up in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring the items you are donating by Dec. 2. Thank You.
An Elders meeting is scheduled for next Sunday, November 15th, after Bible class.
If you need to make reservations to use the Fellowship hall, or need to borrow tables and chairs (not the new ones) for receptions or parties please remember you must talk to Bob Heine (952-994-0427) to make arrangements and you also need to make note of what you will be borrowing on the events calendar which is on the long table at the front of the fellowship hall.
